The CA Room
The CA Room offers a large, versatile meeting space. The room has capacity for 40 people in theatre style, 30 in classroom style and 22 people in board room style.
The room also offers video conferencing facilities.
The CA Room is available for hire at a rate of £400 for a half-day hire (9am-1pm, or 1pm-5pm) or £600 for a full day hire (9am -5pm).
Quaere Verum
The Quaere Verum Room is a large meeting room with capacity for 14 people in theatre style, 13 in classroom style and 14 people in board room style.
The room also offers video conferencing facilities.
The Quaere Verum Room is available for hire at a rate of £250 for a half-day hire (9am-1pm, or 1pm-5pm) or £350 for a full day hire (9am -5pm).
The CA and Quaere Verum Rooms
For large meetings or events, the CA and QV rooms may be hired concurrently, and the wall adjoining the two rooms dismantled to form one large room. The space has
capacity for 54 people in theatre style, 44 in classroom style and 22 people in U-shape room style.
The Rooms can be hired concurrently at a rate of £600 for a half-day hire (9am-1pm, or 1pm-5pm), or £800 for a full day hire (9am-5pm).
The 1854 Room
The 1854 room is suitable for Board meetings with a maximum capacity of 12 people. The room is an ideal venue for dispute resolution hearings or private
meetings. The room also offers video conferencing facilities.
The 1854 room can be hired at a rate of £250 for a half-day hire (9am-1pm, or 1pm-5pm) or £350 for a full day hire (9am – 5pm).
Small meeting rooms
The Centre has small meeting rooms that offer a private breakout space for parties who are undertaking dispute resolution hearings at the Centre.
The McClelland Room is suitable for Board meetings with a maximum capacity of 8 people. The room is an ideal venue for dispute resolution hearings or private meetings.The room also offers video conferencing facilities.
The room can be hired at a rate of £150 per room for a half-day hire (9am-1pm, or 1pm-5pm) or £250 per room for a full day hire (9am-5pm).
Guthrie Room is suitable for Board meetings with a maximum capacity of 5 people. The room is an ideal venue for dispute resolution hearings or private meetings.
The room also offers video conferencing facilities.
The room can be hired at a rate of £150 per room for a half-day hire (9am-1pm, or 1pm-5pm) or £250 per room for a full day hire (9am-5pm).
The Meston Room is suitable for Board meetings with a maximum capacity of 4 people. The room is an ideal venue for dispute resolution hearings or private meetings.

The James Brown Room is suitable for Board meetings with a maximum capacity of 4 people. The room is an ideal venue for dispute resolution hearings or private meetings.

The room can be hired at a rate of £100 per room for a half-day hire (9am-1pm, or 1pm-5pm) or £175 per room for a full day hire (9am-5pm).
All room booking charges include standard AV equipment and free Wi-Fi for delegates.
Catering
We offer a range of catering options for your event.
Bespoke or formal catering is also available. Please note that meeting organisers are not permitted to provide their own catering.
